Beau Halligan is an Australian-trained (non-physician) osteopathic manual therapist. He believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and thrive after injury, viewing his role as a partner in recovery—helping patients overcome barriers to living pain-free.

Beau has extensive experience treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions in private practice and residential aged care. Before moving to Sebastopol, he ran a busy clinic in Australia, helping patients manage conditions such as recurring lower back pain, shoulder injuries, neck pain, and headaches. His approach integrates hands-on osteopathic techniques, joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises to create personalized treatment plans.

In addition to his clinical work, Beau is an adjunct faculty member at Touro University’s osteopathic medicine department, where he mentors students in hands-on skills.

He holds a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine from Southern Cross University in Australia, along with postgraduate certifications in chronic pain management from Stanford University and the NOI Group.
